The staff were nice and helpful during check-in.

My room was quite noisy because of its location, facing a busy street. I also noticed the air conditioning did not work well, so my room remained uncomfortably warm. This made it difficult to sleep. The room seemed much smaller than I expected too.

The room i had, a double room, was smaller than expected. the air conditioning did not seem to work very well. I could not adjust the temperature. this made the room uncomfortably warm, especially at night. plus, the street noise was quite loud. It disrupted my sleep.

the location was good it was close to many attractions

the electrical outlets were old and in poor condition the bed was not very comfortable. it seemed like the place hadn't been updated in a while

Really good Stay Near Navigli

convenient tram nice view luggage storage

The hotel offered a convenient tram stop directly outside, with access to the Duomo. My room provided a nice view of the Arco di Porta Ticinise. I appreciated the option to store my luggage after checkout, this helped me a lot.

The hotel lacked adequate soundproofing. Street noise was very disturbing, mostly due to the heavy traffic. I could hear motorbikes late at night.
